Drawing inspiration from the brands heritage, this fall-winter, GUESS Originals is back with a capsule collection that has been created in the retro spirit of iconic GUESS style. The same spirit is reflected in this season’s GUESS Originals advertising campaign, featuring beautiful, models Alex Lee-Aillon, Brianna Lopez and Alexis Ordonez. Photographed in LA’s Elysian Park by photographer, Silas Lee, with Paul Marciano Chief as Creative Director, the campaign celebrates the brand’s vintage Cali roots – perfect for setting the tone of this retro capsule.
Brimming with 90s appeal, the Originals collection for both men and women offers t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and tracksuits with logo mania prints and clean monotone finishes in a palette of red, powder blue, grey and yellow, balanced out by timeless black, white and blue. Triple-color and tie-dye stripes take focus on long and short-sleeved tees.
For women, logo pieces are paired with denim on denim, complete with high-waist boyfriend jeans and medium-wash denim jackets for an effortlessly relaxed effect with a feminine grunge twist. For a sexy twist, the high-leg bodysuit in four-tone stripes makes a head-turning appearance.
Meanwhile, men wear the logo hoodie in mustard or navy with loose-fit jeans or go all-out old-school by combining long-sleeves layered with retro-print GUESS logo tees. The blue logo tracksuit exudes confident male style with simple yet striking effect, while girls embrace the androgynous look with belted baggy jeans and GUESS logo beanies, finished with a loose-fit white GUESS t-shirt.
